William Coram and Union Baptist Church, Thomson, Georgia

William Coram (1756-1821) was a member of the Commander-in-Chief's Guard during the American Revolutionary War. In 1809 he was one of the original or charter members of Union Baptist Church, Thomson, Georgia. In later years he served the church as Clerk, Messenger and Trustee. This booklet features copoies of church minutes that were handwritten by William Coram or that describe his servcie to the church.
